Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer Senior to join our team and focus on enabling and supporting GenAI solutions within AWS. This is a critical role for our client, Freddie Mac, requiring hands-on experience in implementing and enabling GenAI capabilities in AWS environments. Candidates with only end-user or consumer-level experience with GenAI tools will not be considered.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is an infrastructure engineer with proven experience enabling GenAI solutions in AWS.
- Must have hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS GenAI services, and AWS networking.
- Minimum of 5+ years of infrastructure experience.
- 1-2 years of hands-on GenAI enablement experience.

Job Description Details:
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer:
- 5+ years of knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and supporting AWS platform infrastructure solutions.
- In-depth understanding of AWS Networking, including PrivateLink, Security Group, Route53, VPC, VPCE, etc.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization of services via SCP, KMS, Policies, and Roles.
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation Templates design, development, deployment, and automation with CI/CD pipelines.

- Jenkins, Git (BitBucket) and Artifactory

- Jira, Confluence
- Hands-on experience with design, implementation, integration, and operational support of Cloud-based applications at the platform level.

- Self-motivated, driven, and creative individual.
Differentiators:
- Experience with Azure Platform.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience (required).
Special Requirements
Visa: USC|GC (GC born before 1988) and H4-EAD Only. Locals Only with DL. Onsite interview.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
