Role: SAP ABAP Consultant
We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong Fiori upgrade expertise to join our team. This role involves developing, architecting, and implementing SAP solutions using ABAP programming, with a significant focus on Fiori development and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP programming.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP and Fiori development.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Estimate development timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for design, implementation, testing, and maintenance phases.
- Ensure all developed solutions comply with SAP best practices.
- Work closely with key business units and functional teams to translate business requirements into effective portal solutions.
- Utilize Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs) and Batch Data Communication (BDC) for data transfer and processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP and Fiori applications.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, particularly Fiori upgrades.
Required Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Strong expertise in SAP Fiori development and upgrade projects.
- Proven experience in developing, architecting, and solving SAP solutions via ABAP programming.
- Experience in gathering business requirements from functional consultants.
- Familiarity with developing and maintaining technical documentation.
- Understanding of SAP best practices.
- Experience with Business APIs (BAPIs) and Background Data Collection (BDC).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
