Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Full-stack Java Developer with expertise in React and production support to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is an onsite position requiring local candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Writing clean, testable code in Java (Spring Boot) and building intuitive UIs in React.
- Monitoring production dashboards to identify and address latency spikes or error rates.
- Triage, patch, and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents.
- Translate production issues into development tickets for permanent fixes.
Technical Stack:
- Backend: Java 11/17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Frontend: React, Redux, HTML5/CSS3, TypeScript.
- Tools/Ops: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Log Aggregators (Splunk/SumoLogic/ELK).
Must-Haves:
- Fullstack Fluency: Ability to work with both React frontend and Java backend.
- Support Experience: Experience with on-call rotations and using tools like Splunk, ELK, or AppDynamics for issue diagnosis.
- SQL Skills: Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
