Job Summary:
This role requires a Business Analyst with specific experience in Criminal Justice Systems. The position involves eliciting and documenting business requirements, developing test plans, and executing tests. The candidate will work directly with the client, NYS, and participate in a single-round interview process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and extract detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
- Develop business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
- Develop and maintain test plans and detailed test cases.
- Execute tests, validate test results, and log/track related defects.
- Utilize HP Application Lifecycle Management or JIRA for task management.
- Work with Criminal Justice Systems.
Requirements:
- 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements form customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
- 84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries.
- 84 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases, executing those tests, validating test results, and logging/tracking related defects.
- 24 months experience using HP Application Lifecycle Management or JIRA.
- 24 months experience working with Criminal Justice Systems.
Mandatory Documentation for Submission:
- Passport copy (mandatory for EADs, GC, and H1B visas)
- Visa stamping copy (required for H1B & EADs only)
- 3 references with full name, email id, client name, and phone number.
- Bachelor’s degree copy.
Interview Mode: WebEx or Video (1 round, direct client interview)
Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
