Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Certified Architect to join our team. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the EST time zone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design Microsoft Dynamics solutions based on business and technical requirements.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementation including architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Define integration strategies between Dynamics and external systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Provide technical leadership to developers, engineers, and functional consultants.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into system architecture.
  • Establish development standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Dynamics environments.
  • Support troubleshooting, system upgrades, and ongoing platform enhancements.
  • Document architecture, system design, and implementation processes.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Dynamics Certified Architect or equivalent advanced certification.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms (Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM).
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Dynamics architecture and implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics customization, configuration, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics with enterprise applications and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Azure services and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
