Job Title: Workday Integration Senior Developer

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Senior Developer who is Workday Certified and has strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Workday integration tools, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across finance, payroll, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio
  • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations
  • Design and develop complex reports required for integrations and ensure proper testing and support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and resolve operational challenges across finance, accounting, payroll, and legal departments
  • Contribute to the data and analytics strategy for Human Resources
  • Integrate Workday with third-party vendor systems and enterprise applications
  • Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation sessions
  • Contribute functional expertise to the Workday product team, supporting enhancements, new features, and workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Workday Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integrations including:
    • Workday APIs
    • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
    • PECI
    • PICOF
    • Workday Studio
    • Core Connector for Worker
  • Experience integrating Workday with Procure-to-Pay and Accounting systems
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Lead role managing integration projects
  • Strong experience in integration design, troubleshooting, and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday functional modules
  • Certifications in:
    • Workday Integration Core
    • CCTPP
    • Workday Studio

Soft Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams

Special Requirements

Onsite, Local Candidates Preferred

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
