Job Title: GenAI Developer / AI Transformation

We are looking for a skilled GenAI Developer with a strong background in AI Transformation to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on leveraging Google AI stacks and developing LLM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Google AI stacks such as ADK, Vertex AI, Gemini, and ML.
  • Create Large Language Model (LLM) applications using frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced AI model performance.
  • Utilize Vertex AI services within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI model development and deployment.
  • Design and build AI Agents capable of communicating with other AI Agents using A2A (Agent to Agent protocol).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and GenAI technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI model development and deployment.
  • Document AI solutions, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Google AI stacks including ADK, Vertex AI, Gemini, and ML.
  • Proficiency in Java is preferable.
  • Hands-on experience in creating LLM applications using LangChain or Google ADK.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing RAG pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience using Vertex AI services in GCP.
  • Experience in creating AI Agents with RAG pipelines.
  • Experience with A2A (Agent to Agent protocol) for communication between multiple AI Agents.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is an Onsite position in Alpharetta, GA.
  • Duration: 6-10+ Months.
  • H1B profiles with PP number are preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
