Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Demand Planning professional with strong expertise in Supply Planning, Consumer-Based Planning, and MRP within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting demand forecasting, material planning, and supply chain optimization in SAP S/4HANA. Prior experience with Aerospace & Defense industry or complex manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the demand planning process using SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, considering historical data, market trends, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to gather input for demand planning.
- Utilize SAP S/4HANA functionalities for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Supply Planning.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet service level targets while minimizing carrying costs.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA demand planning modules.
- Work closely with IT and functional teams to ensure system integrity and data accuracy.
- Prepare reports and presentations on demand and supply planning activities for management.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in demand planning and SAP S/4HANA.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA Demand Planning Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies, Supply Planning, and MRP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in Demand Planning and related modules.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Aerospace & Defense sector.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
