Job Description: GenAI Developer / AI Transformation
We are looking for a skilled GenAI Developer with a strong background in AI Transformation to join our team. This role will involve working with cutting-edge Google AI stacks, including ADK, Vertex AI, and Gemini, as well as core Machine Learning principles. A Java background is preferable for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI solutions using Google AI stacks such as ADK, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
- Leverage Machine Learning techniques to build intelligent applications.
- Create Large Language Model (LLM) applications using frameworks like LangChain or Google ADK.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enhanced AI model performance.
- Utilize Vertex AI services within the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for AI development and deployment.
- Design and build AI Agents capable of interacting with RAG pipelines.
- Develop systems that support Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols, enabling multiple AI agents to collaborate effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and related technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and applications for performance and scalability.
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Google AI stacks: ADK, Vertex AI, Gemini.
- Experience with Machine Learning concepts and applications.
- Hands-on experience in creating LLM applications using LangChain or Google ADK.
- Proven experience with RAG pipeline implementation.
- Demonstrated experience using Vertex AI services in GCP.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI Agents.
- Understanding of Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols.
- Java background is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly GCP.

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about artificial intelligence and machine learning and are eager to contribute to transformative AI projects.
