Role Overview:
The Senior Engineering Manager – Product Delivery is responsible for leading full-stack software delivery and internal product launch execution for the enterprise agentic platform. This is a delivery-driven engineering leadership role, accountable for:
- Driving end-to-end software delivery across frontend and backend.
- Leading distributed engineering teams to predictable, high-quality outcomes.
- Ensuring product scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
- Translating roadmap into shipped, production-ready capabilities.
- Enabling structured internal adoption and rollout.
You will operate within a sophisticated enterprise infrastructure organization spanning cloud platforms, shared services, DevOps, security, and hosting teams. Success requires strong technical depth, disciplined execution leadership, and excellent communication across engineering and executive stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong full-stack exposure.
- 3+ years leading engineering teams delivering production software.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping SaaS-style products.
- Experience leading multi-sprint delivery through production launch.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
- Strong backend engineering experience including APIs, services, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to manage distributed global engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing presentation capability.
- Demonstrated leadership presence and delivery accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating within large enterprise IT environments.
- Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or orchestration-based systems.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Background in internal platform or developer-facing product builds.
- Prior experience serving as a Technical Product Owner who transitioned into engineering delivery leadership.
