Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with over 12 years of experience to join our client’s team. This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite presence in Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, or Cincinnati, Ohio. The role involves leading technical teams, implementing ServiceNow solutions, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams on implementation project teams, supporting testers.
  • Assist Leads in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using Agile software.
  • Direct users on best practices across ServiceNow products and platforms.
  • Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations.
  • Deliver Application UI Configuration and Workflow Configuration.
  • Develop specific reporting needs, including Performance Analytics.
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical product teams as needed.
  • Prepare technology-related deliverables.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create and deliver solutions for users, addressing requirements through technical architecture, considering process design, technical best practices, and standards.
  • Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards.
  • Ensure technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high-quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Next in UI design configuration, implementation, development, standard list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, and creating tables and fields.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform end-to-end delivery processes; advanced functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM/GRC best practices.
  • Familiarity with the platform data model, including CSDM, data analytics, data reporting, ServiceNow Process; strong process development, facilitating requirements for ServiceNow implementations and ServiceNow integration (SOAP, REST, XML), automation, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in the creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACLs), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripts, Java Scripting, UI Policies; Service Portals (Widgets, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Portal Configuration); ServiceNow version experience (Zurich, Yokohama, Washington, Vancouver, Tokyo, San Diego, Rome, Quebec).
  • Strong interest in cloud computing and related technologies, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions for ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, and Service Catalog.
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience with Horizontal (SCCM & IP), Top-Down (Service Mapping), Cloud, and Pattern-Based Discovery methods.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Certifications in Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-Risk and Compliance and CIS-TPRM), and Application Developer (CAD) are preferred.
  • Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are also preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulately explain technical information.
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all critical technical decisions during project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, drives processes, and actively owns deliverables.

  • $57/Hr. on C2C
