Role Summary

Lead end-to-end architecture and design for D365 CE/CRM and/or D365 F&O implementations. Define solution architecture, integration strategy, and data migration approach. Architect scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Design integrations with third-party systems using Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management). Provide technical governance, best practices, and coding standards. Conduct architecture reviews and performance tuning. Lead technical workshops, requirement discussions, and solution blueprinting. Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, DevOps, and stakeholders. Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of solutions. Mentor technical teams and provide pre-sales support when required.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and/or Finance & Operations.
  • Expertise in: D365 customization & configuration, Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs, Power Platform development, Dataverse architecture, Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, OData).
  • Strong knowledge of: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Azure Integration Services, DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with data migration tools and strategies.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Minimum 4 years in D365 solution architecture.
  • Experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle D365 implementations.
  • Minimum experience in the Retail domain, with strong understanding of retail operations such as store management, merchandising, inventory, promotions, and omnichannel commerce.
  • Hands-on experience implementing Retail/Commerce modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics POS or other retail POS platforms will be a strong advantage.

Special Requirements

Retail domain experience preferred, POS experience is a strong advantage.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
