About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with extensive experience in ITSM modules and custom application development. This is a long-term contract position, offering a remote work arrangement with a potential for work in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customizing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- ITSM Modules: Possess strong knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Service Catalog & Workflow: Design and configure Service Catalog, Record Producers, and Request Workflows.
- Platform Enhancement: Enhance existing functionality using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Process Flows & Data Import: Create new Process Flows, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
- Update Sets: Manage the creation and movement of update sets between different environments.
- User & Access Management: Administer users, groups, user groups, and roles within the ServiceNow platform.
- Custom Applications: Must have experience in developing and deploying custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Form & List Customization: Customize forms and lists for Incident, Problem, Change, and Requested Item tables.
- CMDB Management: Import Configuration Items (CIs) using Import Sets and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Reporting & Dashboards: Generate customized reports, schedule reports as per client requirements, and create dashboards.
