Job Summary: SAP Vistex Consultant
The SAP Vistex Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Vistex solutions within SAP S/4HANA to manage complex pricing, rebates, chargebacks, billbacks, and incentive programs. The role also includes working with Vistex Data Management (DM) for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Lead solution design for Quote-to-Cash and Contract-to-Settlement processes. Configure Vistex modules including: Rebates (customer/vendor), Chargebacks (including debit memos and adjustments), Billbacks (sales incentives and reimbursements), Composite Models (multi-layered agreements and settlements). Integrate Vistex with SAP SD, FI, and MM modules.
- Claims & Settlement Management: Automate end-to-end claims lifecycle: initiation, validation, accrual, settlement. Use tools like Claim Workbench and Add bill Workbench for managing exceptions and adjustments. Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with audit trails.
- Data Management & Reporting: Work with Vistex DW to manage large-scale data for pricing, contracts, and claims. Develop custom reports including SOX-compliant reconciliation and rebate detail reports. Knowledge of performing data conversion from legacy systems to S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements. Collaborate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Provide support for ongoing enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Vistex.
- Strong understanding of pricing procedures, condition types, and agreement types.
- Experience with Vistex Fiori and SAP Launchpad integration.
- Familiarity with Vistex DW and analytics tools.

Salary: $75 – $95 per year
