Job Title: IDMC Informatica CDGQ Developer
We have an active opening with one of our clients for an IDMC Informatica CDGQ Developer. This role is based in Stamford, CT and offers a Hybrid/Onsite work arrangement. The contract duration is for 12+ months.

Job Description:
The primary focus of this role is on metadata management, governance policies, and compliance within the Informatica ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Metadata Management: Configure and manage metadata harvesting, lineage, and business glossary to ensure data understanding and traceability.
- Governance Framework: Define and maintain data domains, policies, and workflows to enforce data governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Align metadata definitions with enterprise standards by working closely with data stewards and business stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Automation: Synchronize metadata between IDMC, cloud warehouses, and on-prem sources to maintain a unified view of data assets and their relationships.
- Platform Governance: Enforce governance, coding standards, and deployment best practices to ensure the stability, security, and maintainability of the platform.
- Release Support: Assist with Informatica Cloud releases, including testing, validation, and deployment to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- System Health: Conduct health monitoring, capacity planning, and vulnerability remediation to ensure the optimal performance and security of the Informatica environment.
- Performance Tracking: Develop dashboards and reports for performance monitoring and data-quality KPIs to provide insights into system health and data integrity.
- Compliance & DR: Participate in disaster recovery testing, password rotation, and audit compliance activities to ensure business continuity and adherence to security policies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with data engineering, architecture, and security teams to integrate governance practices and ensure alignment with overall data strategy.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new IDMC features and explore automation tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience Required:
6-8 years of relevant experience.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
