Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. The TPM will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management or program management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects with distributed teams.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or MS Project.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with technologies like Java, Microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
- Certification such as PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise or digital transformation projects.
