Job Description: Banking Domain Product Analyst (Mortgage Servicing)
We are looking for a skilled Product Analyst with a strong background in the banking and mortgage domain to join our client’s team. This is a long-term contract position requiring onsite work in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at translating business needs into user stories, and effectively liaise with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into well-written user stories for mortgage servicing applications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and define product features and functionalities.
- Liaise effectively with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of user stories and product requirements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
- Ensure a steep learning curve and quick ramp-up to understand the complexities of mortgage servicing.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Mandatory experience in the banking domain, specifically with a strong background in mortgage servicing.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in documenting user stories and product requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be local to McLean, VA, or within a 50-60 mile radius.
- Must possess a valid H1B, H4, or L2 visa. Candidates with an open I797B visa (non-local) are also considered.

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
