Job Title: QA Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced QA Project Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management within technology or software organizations, with a focus on Agile/Scrum methodologies. This role requires a proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently and excellent stakeholder management skills.
Location:
Onsite in San Francisco / San Ramon, CA. Ability to travel regularly to the Bay Area is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage QA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee program or project management within technology or software organizations, with a strong emphasis on Testing and Quality Assurance programs.
- Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies within QA processes.
- Ensure solid understanding and application of QA methodologies, testing metrics, and quality governance frameworks.
- Manage QA vendors and external service providers effectively.
- Drive complex initiatives independently in fast-paced environments.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships through excellent communication and leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Report on project status, risks, and issues to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within technology or software organizations.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, particularly related to Testing and Quality Assurance programs.
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing metrics, and quality governance frameworks.
- Experience managing QA vendors and external service providers.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco / San Ramon, CA or travel regularly to the Bay Area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile or Scrum certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification.
- Experience implementing enterprise QA frameworks or quality transformation programs.
- Background in test management tools and QA reporting frameworks.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
