Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Lead / Architect to design and implement end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions in SAP S/4HANA for a leading pharmaceutical client. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and execute comprehensive P2P strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end P2P lifecycle, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payment.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP P2P best practices and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for P2P implementations.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP P2P modules.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA P2P functionalities and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP P2P Lead or Architect.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA P2P modules and functionalities.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end P2P solutions.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is a MUST.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment (3 days onsite).
