Job Description: Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3-9 years of experience to join our team. This role involves designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, leveraging both out-of-the-box features and custom code. You will be instrumental in creating scalable and efficient applications for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
- Design and configure Salesforce features to meet business requirements.
- Utilize GEN-AI tools like Copilot to enhance developer productivity.
- Implement and manage DEVOPS processes using tools such as Flosum, Jenkins, or other CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with SFDC metadata API and ANT migration tools.
- Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, and Workbench.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure adherence to OOP concepts and application design principles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards.
Qualifications:
- 3-9 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on experience with LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Experience with GEN-AI developer tools (e.g., Copilot).
- Proficiency in designing solutions with Salesforce configuration and code.
- Experience with DEVOPS processes and tools (Flosum, Jenkins, CI/CD).
- Familiarity with SFDC metadata API and ANT migration.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations, and Workbench.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and attention to detail skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
