Role Description:
The Zendesk Architect/Senior Developer will be responsible for conducting a detailed audit and assessment of the current Zendesk configuration and workflows. This includes evaluating the readiness of the existing setup for the implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities. The role requires developing insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to optimize the architecture, performance, utilization, and resulting data outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed audit and assessment of current Zendesk configuration and workflows.
- Assess readiness of configuration for implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
- Develop insights, recommendations, and plans to optimize architecture, performance, utilization, and resulting data outputs.
- Act as a solutions lead to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.
- Clearly communicate findings and strategic insights to all relevant parties.
- Concentrate on strategy, architecture, and stakeholder engagement to drive successful outcomes.

Salary: $70 – $100 per year (Estimated)
