Role Summary:

This role provides end-to-end leadership for Model N Flex programs within the Pharma Access landscape, encompassing ASPIRE S4 HANA Upgrade, Flex Cloud Migration, and GP 7.10 Upgrade. The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, and operational stability across Commercial, Medicaid, and Government Pricing processes, which are integrated with SAP S/4 HANA and associated data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Planning & Deployment: Own the planning and deployment lifecycle for Model N Flex initiatives, including system upgrades, cloud modernization efforts, and SAP integrations.
  • Scope & Risk Management: Define and manage release scope, deliverables, risk/RAID logs, test governance, and hyper-care transition processes.
  • Agile Leadership: Oversee QA and Development teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Business Workflow Validation: Lead the validation of core business workflows, including Chargebacks, Rebates, Government Pricing, and Medicaid processes.
  • Quality Assurance & Release Management: Review and approve Test Plans, Traceability Matrices, and Release Notes in accordance with client validation standards.
  • Defect Management: Facilitate defect triage and root-cause analysis meetings with Scrum and Product teams to ensure timely resolution before release.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure GxP and SOX compliance, maintaining audit-ready documentation within Confluence and ServiceNow.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives and mentor Scrum teams on best practices and the adoption of automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Overall IT experience of 10+ years, with a minimum of 6 years specifically in Model N Flex program delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of Model N modules, including GP, RM, DRM, MDM, and Validata.
  • Proven leadership experience with SAP R3/S4 HANA upgrades and AWS Cloud migrations.
  • Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Validation Lifecycle Management.
  • Strong SQL/PLSQL and Oracle background for data validation and issue triage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $65 – $95 per year (Estimated)
