Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced React / UI Developer with a strong background in modern web development practices to join our team. This is an onsite position located in Charlotte, NC, requiring face-to-face interviews. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and automated testing, along with a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and Agile methodologies.
Required Expertise
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 7+ years of web development experience
- 7+ years React
- 5+ years TypeScript
- 5+ years GraphQL
- 5+ years Redux
- 5+ years in automated testing / BDD
- 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience
- 3+ years experience with Agile methodologies
Technical Skills
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript build tools, including comfort with Webpack internals, writing custom plugins, and optimizing build performance at scale.
- Production experience with React and Module Federation.
- Strong GraphQL knowledge, encompassing both consuming and implementing GraphQL APIs, with experience in schema design and resolver optimization.
- Full-stack capabilities, with comfort working with backend services and APIs.
- Build optimization mindset, with a natural inclination towards understanding and improving bundle sizes, tree shaking, code splitting, and caching strategies.
Interview Process

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
