Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data platforms on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Azure data architecture, including Azure messaging services, Databricks with Unity Catalog, and core Azure data components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-level Azure data architecture and data platforms.
- Work with Databricks and Unity Catalog for data governance and data management.
- Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse.
- Manage and integrate data across Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2) and Cosmos DB.
- Utilize Azure messaging services for scalable data integration and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure best practices in data security, performance, and governance across the Azure ecosystem.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Azure Data Architecture
- Databricks & Unity Catalog
- Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Cosmos DB
- Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
- Azure Messaging Services (Event Hub / Service Bus preferred)

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year
