Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical/Functional consultant to join our team. This role will focus on system administration, development, configuration, and reporting within the Oracle HCM SAAS environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the Redwood conversion and ongoing maintenance of various HCM modules.

  • System administration and development for Oracle HCM SAAS.
  • Configuration setup and maintenance of HCM modules.
  • Report and Dashboard development using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools.
  • Implementation of Data Fusion analytics.
  • Complex issue resolution and security enhancements.
  • Handling HDL and interface activities.
  • Supporting migration to Redwood for implemented modules.
  • Assisting with new module implementations as needed.
  • Creating new and updating existing configurations and developing enhancements in the Production environment.
  • Collaborating with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of upcoming patches.
  • Logging and working SRs with internal business, technical, and Oracle teams.
  • Providing critical configuration and technical help for Redwood migration and new module support.
  • Enhancing reports to include subject area reports and making existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools, and implementing Data Fusion analytics.
  • Creating new journeys, specifically contextualized and guided journeys to support and enhance transactional processes.
  • Providing technical expertise for production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals, talent review, and succession planning setup.
  • Working with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements.
  • Supporting HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk/Knowledge Center, Case Management, and Succession Planning modules.
  • Assisting with complex user issue resolution.
  • Working with functional and technical teams to address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/Help Desk, Profiles, Learning, etc.
  • Supporting, building, and setting up HDL and interface activities, critical for position workforce structures, job, and position profiles.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM/Data Fusion analytics (3+ Years)
  • Ability to create Dashboards – global and secured (3+ Years)
  • Setup and configuration of HCM modules – Core, Talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety, ORC, learning (3+ Years)
  • Ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided, and regular (3+ Years)
  • Ability to set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows (3+ Years)
  • Experience with HDL loads (Required)

Highly Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting end-user issues (3+ Years)
  • Experience with HR functional teams (3+ Years)
  • Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating to deliverables (3+ Years)
  • Experience with creating automated integrations

Desired Skills:

  • Creating testing scripts to support functional changes

Nice to Have:

  • Experience creating forms

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)

Location: Richmond, VA
