Role Description:

  • Key Responsibilities: Analyze upgrade impact on GTS processes and interfaces.
  • Remediate deprecated functionalities and align with S4HANA simplifications.
  • Prepare and execute test cases for foreign trade processes.
  • Define and execute cutover activities for GTS stream.
  • Ensure readiness of compliance checks and customs documentation.
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP GTS processes, ensuring they meet business needs from order creation to final payment.
  • Analyze business processes, gather requirements from stakeholders and business groups, and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms within SAP.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed functional specifications and project documentation.
  • Strong ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ability to understand and align SAP solutions with overarching business goals and strategies.
  • Create test scenarios and support various testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) and ensure successful go-live.
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues and defects within the SAP GTS module.
  • Provide user training, ongoing support, and guidance to business users on SAP functionality and best practices.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the SAP GTS module.
  • Must be very good at SAP GTS.
  • Must have experience in HANA upgrade version projects.
  • Must be a very good communicator and can independently work with stakeholders.
  • Must drive the project with the Business group and be good in decision-making in Agile project development.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
