Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integration Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday integrations, including hands-on experience with Workday APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker. This role requires a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integration frameworks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Utilize XSLT 3.0 for data transformation and mapping.
- Build and maintain Workday reports to support integration processes and provide insights into integration performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows and performance issues.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior integration developers.
- Manage integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday integration technologies and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Workday Certification (Mandatory)
- 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations.
- Experience with Workday APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and integration.
- 3+ years of experience in a lead role managing integration projects.
- Strong experience with XSLT 3.0 and integration frameworks.
- Experience building Workday reports for integration processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows and performance.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
