Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Engineer Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust security architectures for enterprise systems and cloud environments. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and a proven track record in securing Microsoft Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure architecture frameworks for enterprise systems and cloud environments.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling.
- Implement and manage security controls within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts using SIEM and security monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure system design and deployment.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
- Implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions and security best practices.
- Provide guidance on secure cloud migration strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or security architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, network security, and security architecture design.
- Experience securing Microsoft Azure environments.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and security monitoring platforms.
- Strong understanding of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and encryption technologies.
- Mandatory Certifications (Must be active): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
- Must be a local candidate to Fort Worth, Texas.
- LinkedIn profile is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud security frameworks and zero-trust architecture.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Familiarity with container security (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS Benchmarks, and GDPR.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
