Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled React Native Developer to lead the development of high-quality, scalable cross-platform mobile applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide the technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of robust mobile solutions for both iOS and Android platforms.
Mandatory Skills

- Redux for state management
- Mobile development for iOS & Android

- CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications.
- Define technical architecture and implementation strategies for scalable mobile solutions.
- Mentor and guide React Native developers while maintaining coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Manage app releases for iOS & Android and ensure performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and support continuous improvements.
Additional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with native modules (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java)
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing (Jest, Detox, Appium)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Monitoring & crash reporting tools like Firebase or Sentry.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
