Role Description: Zendesk Architect/Senior Developer

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead the technical strategy and implementation of Zendesk solutions. The primary focus will be on conducting a thorough audit of the current Zendesk configuration, assessing its readiness for AI capabilities, and developing actionable recommendations for optimization. The architect will act as a key liaison with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on technical strategies.

  • Technical Leadership: Conduct detailed audits and assessments of current Zendesk configurations and workflows.
  • AI Readiness Assessment: Evaluate the existing setup for the implementation of Zendesk AI capabilities.
  • Optimization & Recommendations: Develop insights, recommendations, and strategic plans to optimize architecture, performance, utilization, and resulting data outputs.
  • Customer Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the solutions lead for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on technical recommendations.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate findings and strategic insights to all relevant parties.
  • Strategic Focus: Concentrate on strategy, architecture, and stakeholder engagement to drive business value.

Essential Skills:

The role demands strong technical leadership and a deep understanding of Zendesk architecture. Key responsibilities include:

Role Description: Storage Administrator / L3

This position involves the design, deployment, and management of NetApp storage solutions. The administrator will be responsible for ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of storage infrastructure, including SAN fabric and data protection mechanisms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical support to clients are key aspects of this role.

  • Design & Deployment: Design and deploy NetApp storage solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and test NetApp hardware and software components.
  • Protocol Management: Deploy and manage storage protocols such as NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel.
  • SAN Fabric Management: Configure and optimize SAN Fabric infrastructure using technologies like Cisco MDS or Brocade.
  • Performance & Troubleshooting: Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of NetApp storage systems.
  • Data Protection: Implement data protection and disaster recovery solutions using NetApp SnapMirror, SnapVault, MetroCluster, and other technologies.
  • Data Migration: Facilitate block and file migrations between NetApp clusters with minimal downtime.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest NetApp technologies and certifications.

Role Description: SAP Security GRC Consultant

This role requires extensive experience in SAP Security, focusing on global enterprise environments. The consultant will leverage deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, including GRC Access Control. Responsibilities include defining security architecture, ensuring compliance, and managing roles and user access across various SAP applications and databases.

  • SAP Security Expertise: 10+ years of experience in SAP Security supporting global enterprise environments.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, including ABAP, FIORI, BTP applications, and key modules (FI, OTC, EWM, MFG).
  • SAP GRC: Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 12.0 (ARM, ARA, BRM & EAM).
  • S/4HANA Implementations: Prior experience with global S/4HANA implementations, focusing on security architecture, compliance alignment, and cutover readiness.
  • Database Security: Strong working knowledge of SAP HANA database security and SAP Masking and Data Protection Configuration.
  • Access Management: Experience maintaining access, roles, and users to control application rights within SAP ABAP, HANA DB & SAC; Cloud Applications.
  • Independent Operation: Ability to operate independently and partner with various support teams globally.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and business workstreams.
  • Desired Skills: SAP S/4 HANA, BW, BW4HANA, HANA, and SAC experience are highly desired. Pharma or Manufacturing experience is also highly desired.

Location: Chicago, IL (3-4 days onsite per week required)

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
