Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Agent force Developer with specific certifications to join our team. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce development, including experience with Agent force technologies and modern web development practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents using the Agent force framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code, SOQL queries, and triggers.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
- Work effectively in an onshore/offshore support model, collaborating with offshore teams.
Required Qualifications:
- PD2 Certification.
- Agent force Specialist Certification.
- 3-5 years of SFDC Developer/Admin experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Technologies: Salesforce CRM, Apex Language, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles.
- 1+ years of Salesforce Lightning web component development experience.
- 3-5 years of experience with Programming languages: APEX, Core Java, Java Script.
- 3-5 years of experience with tools: Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT. AutoRABIT is preferred.
- Experience in building AI agents with Agent force.
- Experience with Agile methodology; SAFe methodology is preferred.
- Good communication and collaborative skills.
- Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools.
- Experience with CTI Technologies such as Five9, AYAYA, CISCO, Chatbot, etc.
Special Requirements
Onsite, Required PD2 & Agent force Specialist Certifications, Experience in Agile methodology with preferred experience in SAFe methodology, good communication and collaborative skills, experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Hartford, CT
