About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience for a hybrid role in Boston, MA. This is a 12+ month contract position requiring hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and APEX development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, with the ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong proficiency in APEX development, including triggers, classes, and batch jobs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience working in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be LOCAL to Boston, MA.
- Candidates must be US Citizens, Green Card holders, or GC-EAD. No other visa types will be considered.
- The rate must be on W2 or 1099. C2C/C2H arrangements are not accepted.
