Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst
Quantum World is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst for a hybrid contract role in Dallas, TX. This position involves working with clients and the implementation team to understand data distribution requirements, performing data analysis, and building/optimizing data extracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and the implementation team to understand data distribution requirements.
- Perform data analysis and data mapping required to produce client output.
- Build the data distribution extracts and scripts.
- Optimize the performance of the data extract scripts.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize Agile development methodology.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficient with Python and SQL.
- Experience building and managing efficient ETL pipelines using Databricks workflows or other orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with both structured and semi-structured data, and ingesting and processing this data using PySpark.
- Fundamental understanding of AWS services (S3, SQS) or similar services for other clouds.
- Experience with Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
- Skills in query tuning and performance optimization in SQL and/or Spark SQL.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (Snowflake or similar).
- Experience with Spark SQL.
- Experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Experience working for a cloud-based data services provider for large healthcare clients.
- FHIR experience is a plus.
- Experience handling a large volume of data.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Excellent Organizational skills.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid (2 days Onsite and 3 Days Remote) in Dallas, TX.

Salary: $55 – $65 per year (Estimated)
