Role Summary:

This role requires a senior OT Cybersecurity professional with strong hands-on experience in Claroty, Nozomi, or Ordr within industrial and manufacturing environments.

Mandatory Must-Have Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network infrastructure
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with OT security platforms: Claroty, Nozomi, or Ordr
  • Integrated with NAC (Aruba or Cisco), Check Point & Palo Alto Firewalls, and identity-based security controls
  • 5+ years of experience in OT / ICS environments
  • Strong knowledge of OT & Non-OT device classification
  • 5+ years of experience in network and OT security architecture design & implementation
  • 3+ years leading global OT cybersecurity program implementations

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Remote secure access solutions
  • OT network segmentation (macro & micro)
  • OT IDMZ design & deployment
  • Proxy integrations & internet restriction policies
  • Legacy asset protection strategies
  • Routing, switching & zoning technologies
  • OT Domain Architecture Best Practices, including:
    • Active Directory (AD) trust models
    • Secure Domain Controller placement & hardening
    • Segmentation of legacy systems
    • Firewall, DNS & authentication risk alignment
  • Strong experience with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and Purdue Model

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Maple Grove, MN
