Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in core FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling (CO). This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements from finance stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of SAP financial processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other modules/systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO innovations and best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling).
- Strong SAP S/4HANA or ECC Finance implementation experience.
- Experience with Treasury integrations (TRM / Cash Management / Banking).
- Ability to gather requirements, write functional specs, and drive finance product solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with finance stakeholders and technical teams.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Treasury modules (TRM, Cash Management, In-House Cash, BCM).
- Integration experience with external treasury systems (Kyriba, Bloomberg, bank interfaces, etc.).
- Exposure to analytics platforms or financial systems like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Databricks.
- Experience working in product management or product ownership roles.
