Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and help deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This is a 12+ month contract position, with the flexibility of remote work.

- Duration: 12+ months contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and documentation.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to support solution design and implementation.
- Support testing activities, including UAT coordination and validation.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit and refine requirements.
- Develop process flows, use cases, and other documentation to support project delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain.
- Mandatory experience with specialty insurance products, including:
- Specialty Homeowners
- Dwelling
- Event Insurance
- Marine Insurance
- Cyclist Insurance
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting system implementations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
