Lead and mentor a 10-member onsite/offshore UI team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and performance management.
Drive front-end architecture and development using Angular v18 for enterprise-scale banking applications.
Develop and implement micro-frontend architecture aligned with enterprise design standards.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver high-quality UI solutions.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and all Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Build and deploy Angular-based UI components aligned with business requirements and enterprise guidelines.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural frameworks, and development best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Ensure web accessibility compliance (WCAG) and develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Perform front-end security reviews to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities such as XSS and CSRF.
Monitor and optimize UI performance, improving page load speed and overall user experience.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure proper version control and release management.
Support business development initiatives including technical proposal contributions when required.
Provide training and technical support to team members and resolve UI-related system issues.

12+ years of experience in front-end development.
8+ years of experience in a UI Lead or Frontend Lead role.
Strong expertise in Angular v18 and modern frontend frameworks.
Advanced experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with CSS-in-JS frameworks such as styled-components, Emotion, or JSS.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library (or similar).
Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design best practices.
Experience building responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces.
Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

In-person interview Required

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
