Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with specific experience in Child Support programs to lead enterprise IT projects. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project leadership, and the ability to manage technical projects effectively in a hybrid environment. Locals to Raleigh, NC are highly desired.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project lifecycle management and PMO governance standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, including time, effort, and cost estimations, and resource forecasting.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and performing change impact analyses.
- Communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and technical staff, providing clear and actionable project updates.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide Agile teams, applying appropriate Agile frameworks to support iterative delivery.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical teams, translating technical details for business teams.
- Ensure system integration, web-based application development, and effective collaboration with technical teams.
- Manage and track project budgets and report on project status.
- Identify and communicate blockers and facilitate decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise IT projects.
- Specific experience in Child Support programs or government-related projects is essential.
- Strong understanding of IT Technical aspects, including SDLC and coding familiarity.
- Proficiency in Project Leadership & Delivery, including project lifecycle management and PMO governance.
- Expertise in Technical Project & Systems Management, including system integration and web-based application development.
- Skilled in Planning, Forecasting & Estimation, including developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Proficient in Risk, Issue & Change Management, including mitigation strategies and impact analysis.
- Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Engagement skills, with experience in executive-level communication.
- Experience with Agile Delivery & Collaboration, including facilitating ceremonies and guiding teams.
- Proficiency in using Project Tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and JIRA or similar tools.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile.
- Must be a USC or GC holder (genuine Visa with supporting documents).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or Scrum are highly desirable.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
