About the Role:
DVG Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced .Net Lead Developer for an onsite position in Fort Mill, SC. This role requires strong hands-on programming experience in .Net Core, C#, and MVC, along with UI development using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery. You will be instrumental in implementing robust Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including exception handling, caching, logging, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts for .Net Core, C#, and MVC applications.
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
- Implement and enforce strong NFRs such as exception handling, caching, logging, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and code refinement.
- Apply OOPs concepts and design patterns in project development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and source control management (TFS, GIT).
- Work with cloud services and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
What You’ll Bring:
- Hands-on programming experience in .Net Core, C#, and MVC.
- Hands-on experience in UI development with Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery.
- Strong NFR implementation skills (Exception Handling, Caching, Logging, Security).
- Solid understanding of General Software Engineering principles, including impact assessment and reverse engineering.
- Proficiency in OOPs concepts and Design patterns.
- Knowledge of ElastiCache (Redis/Memcached) and ORM.
- Experience with Unit Testing/TDD.
- Architectural exposure and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline tools and procedures.
- Experience with Docker Containers.
- Basic knowledge of cloud services (PaaS | SaaS | IaaS).
- Experience with AWS Services (ECS, EKS, API Gateway, AWS lambda, IAM etc.) is a plus.
- Certification to be completed in 2 months (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication (Written/Oral) and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with tools like Teams, Confluence, JIRA.
- Quick learner and adaptable.
- Knowledge of Asset and Wealth Management (Trade Domain) and Investment Management platforms is a plus.
Special Requirements
Onsite interviews. Knowledge of Investment Management platform is a plus. AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner to be certified in 2 months.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
Location: Fort Mill, SC
