Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Systems Specialist with strong expertise in Workday HCM and payroll platforms such as Rippling. This role will support the configuration, administration, and optimization of HR and payroll systems while ensuring accurate timecard processing and payroll setup.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM administration or support.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Workday time tracking and timecard systems.
  • Experience setting up or administering payroll systems such as Rippling.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, payroll processes, and data management.
  • Experience supporting and training HR or payroll teams on HRIS tools.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday integrations, reporting, or security administration.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll environments.
  • HRIS implementation or migration experience.
  • Workday certification or advanced Workday system training.

Visa: USC/GC. Interview Process: Video Call. Work Mode: Fully Remote. Contract Duration: 3 months.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $70,000 – $120,000 per year
