Role Description:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Advanced communications, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in moderate-scale corporate systems analysis
  • Ability to work with systems users or potential users to develop system specifications and requirements, applying business systems knowledge to ensure relevant areas of research are addressed.
  • Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications with limited guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of direct experience serving as a Business Systems Analyst within a banking financial institution; technology background preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with data analysis using database analytical tools (e.g., Alterix, Tableau, Oracle, SQL Server).
  • 5 years of experience in leading/driving requirements and analysis.
  • 5 years of experience with data mapping.
  • 5 years of experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with current and emerging technologies (e.g., Cloud Computing, AI, Machine Learning).
