Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional resource with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, and HR. The ideal candidate will be a strong techno-functional professional capable of integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other applications, including Greenhouse ATS, and contributing from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with main HR business stakeholders and the Information Technology team to understand HCM business requirements.
  • Leverage HR Domain expertise to spearhead comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment.
  • Work closely with the CXO community to understand strategic requirements for digital transformation.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Offer expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industry best practices.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes through modern design thinking and emerging technologies.
  • Lead large-scale, multi-country HCM cloud transformations involving complex organizational structures and multiple module implementations.
  • Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection, cloud readiness assessments, and operational support models.
  • Deliver Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR process designs, integrating AI accelerators and strategic use cases.
  • Assist in configuring the application for various Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, and OTL.
  • Advise on workforce transformation strategies, from talent marketplace solutions to skill-based organizational models, promoting learning agility.
  • Possess a complete understanding of the SDLC, starting from requirement analysis, development, testing, production go-live, and support.
  • Lead complex transformation projects to deliver efficient project outputs.
  • Perform requirement analysis and prepare viable HCM solution design documents as per client requirements.
  • Develop HCM cloud solution designs and present them to business stakeholders with value propositions and analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and provide desired support for implementation.
  • Assist HR stakeholders in understanding product behaviors and provide solutioning and workarounds.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client team to arrive at the most optimum solution and provide implementation advice.

Required Skills:

  • Pure Functional resource with Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, HR experience.
  • Strong techno-functional skills for integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with other applications.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS integration.
  • Proficiency in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, OTL).
  • Understanding of SDLC.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite 3 days/week)
  • Duration: 6+ Months
  • Rate: Negotiable

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
