Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. This role involves working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights, develop predictive models, and contribute to strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data mining, statistical analysis, and proficiency in tools like Snowflake, SQL, Python, and PowerBI. This is an onsite position requiring full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes.
- Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
- Present information using data visualization techniques.
- Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist.
- Experience in data mining.
- Proficiency in Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Experience using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI.
- Analytical mind with strong business acumen.
- Excellent understanding of statistics, algebra, and other mathematical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
Work Environment:
- This is an onsite role requiring 5 days a week presence at the Overland Park, KS location.
- An in-person interview is mandatory for this role, which can be conducted at T-Mobile locations in Atlanta, GA, Frisco, TX, or Overland Park, KS.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
