Job Overview:

Radient.AI is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) to join our team for a contract role. This position focuses on maintaining platform stability and collaborating with the ServiceNow vendor on new application compatibility with our data model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain platform stability for ServiceNow.
  • Engage with the ServiceNow vendor regarding new applications and their compatibility with the existing platform data model.
  • Provide architectural guidance and leadership for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in platform configuration and development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.

Requirements:

  • ServiceNow Technical Architect (CTA) certification is strongly preferred.
  • If CTA is not available, implementation certification in multiple areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or Encryption will be considered.
  • 12+ years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data models and architecture.
  • Experience with various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a PP Number (Exceptional cases may be considered).
  • LinkedIn profile is mandatory for submission.

Work Environment:

  • This is a fully remote position within the USA.
  • The contract duration is for 6+ months.
  • Rate: $65/hr on C2C.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $135,000 – $169,000 per year (Estimated)
