Job Summary:

Innovcentric LLC is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Workday Financials Architect to lead a critical implementation project. This role is specifically focused on Workday Financials and will not consider candidates with HCM-only experience. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in core financial modules and a proven track record of successful Workday Financials implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, configure, and implement Workday Financials solutions, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Lead full-lifecycle Workday Financials implementations, from initial requirements gathering through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Workday Financials with other third-party systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial processes, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of financial processes within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across finance and IT departments.
  • Conduct system testing and support end-users during the transition period.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Systems implementation and management.
  • At least 5 years of specialized experience with Workday Financials.
  • Deep expertise in core Workday Financials modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Demonstrated success in leading Workday Financials implementations, including configuration and testing phases.
  • A valid Workday Financials Certification is required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.

Special Requirements

NO HCM. Onsite in McLean, VA. $60/hr C2C.
