Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with a minimum of 12+ years of overall experience, and 3-10+ years specifically in Oracle SCM/ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end implementations, focusing on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules including Procurement, Contracts, and Order Management. This role requires strong functional knowledge, excellent consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients to understand and design optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand current (as-is) processes and define future (to-be) state for contract management.
- Solution Design: Design optimal solutions using Oracle Sales and Procurement Contracts, aligning with industry best practices for Enterprise, Project, and Sales and Procurement Contracts.
- Configuration & Implementation: Configure Oracle EBS/Cloud SCM/Contracts modules, including the Contract Terms Library, workflows, and data imports/exports.
- Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Contracts and third-party systems like Agiloft.
- Testing: Develop test strategies and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment.
- Documentation: Create detailed functional designs, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Project Management: Manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and risks, proactively escalating issues.
- Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer first-line support post-implementation.
- Stay Current: Maintain expertise in new Oracle product releases and features.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Total Experience: 12+ years
- Oracle SCM/ERP Implementation Experience: 3-10+ years, with a focus on Legal, Sales, Procurement, & Contracts.
- Full Lifecycle Implementation Experience: Proven experience with end-to-end implementations.
- Technical Skills: Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (Procurement, Contracts, Order Management).
- Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
- Certifications: Oracle Cloud Certifications are often required or preferred.
This is a remote contract position with a duration of 6+ months. The role involves designing, configuring, and deploying Oracle EBS/Cloud Contract solutions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle from gathering requirements to post-go-live support. The focus is on best practices, risk mitigation, and maximizing customer value with Oracle’s SCM/Procurement/Contracts modules.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $100 per year (Estimated)
