Job Summary:

We are searching for a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team for a long-term engagement. This role involves hands-on maintenance, upgrade, migration, and administration of SAP Applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various SAP modules and a strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on maintenance, upgrade, migration and administration of SAP Applications.
  • Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting and supporting existing SAP Applications.
  • Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to Applications team.
  • Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to configure Integrations.
  • Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.
  • Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications.
  • Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks.
  • Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes.
  • SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments.
  • Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
  • SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.

Skill Set:

  • 7+ years experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, BRIM, SOLMAN, PO/SLD).
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP RISE.
  • SAP S/4 upgrade and migration from on-prem to SAP RISE.
  • Strong understanding of OpenText cloud xECM.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Cloud Connector & SFTP servers.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.
  • Servicenow ITSM experience is a plus.
  • SAP GRC configuration for Access Provisioning, new roles build for SAP BRIM Application.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Santa Clara, CA
