Job Description: Pega CSSA
We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) to join our team for an onsite role in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Pega development and a proven track record of success in delivering complex Pega solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure the application is built to Pega best practices for optimal performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega features and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in Pega development.
- Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Pega case management, application security, and integration rules (connectors and services).
- Proficiency in Pega’s layering concepts for optimal reusability.
- Experience in Dispute, Fraud, or any other case management domain.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- This is an onsite position located in Charlotte, NC.
- In-person interviews are mandatory.
- Only US Citizens (USC), Green Card (GC), TN visa holders, and E3 visa holders are eligible for this role.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
