Role Overview
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will be responsible for driving change management and training initiatives to support the successful adoption of SAP solutions within the healthcare organization. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, training strategy, and end-user adoption to ensure smooth transition to new processes, systems, and reporting structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Change Management
- Lead OCM strategy and execution for SAP implementation across healthcare business units.
- Assess change impacts on processes, roles, and systems.
- Develop and implement change management plans to support successful transformation.
- Engage key stakeholders and leadership to drive alignment and readiness for change.
- Training Strategy & Delivery
- Develop a comprehensive SAP training strategy and training plan aligned with updated processes and system capabilities.
- Design and implement Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for internal trainers and super users.
- Coordinate development of training materials, user guides, and learning resources.
- Oversee delivery of end-user training sessions across multiple user groups.
- Process & Reporting Alignment
- Ensure training content reflects updated business processes, workflows, and reporting structures.
- Work closely with functional teams to integrate process changes into training and adoption programs.
- Support continuous improvement of training materials based on feedback and system updates.
- Adoption & Readiness Management
- Develop and execute end-user adoption strategies.
- Monitor user readiness and adoption metrics.
- Address resistance to change through communication, coaching, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure sustained system adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and training delivery for enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations (preferably in healthcare environments).
- Proven experience designing and delivering Train-the-Trainer programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience aligning training with business process transformation and reporting changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare industry transformations.
- Certification or formal training in Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Experience working in large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
