Job Summary:
Sierra Consulting INC is seeking an experienced Tower Lead for Support & Operations. This role is critical for managing escalations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of organizational initiatives, optimize service delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and ensure operational excellence in support and operations.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of organizational initiatives.
- Optimize service delivery according to established agreements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure.
- Utilize Azure IaaS and PaaS services effectively.
- Work with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Analyze operational reports and provide insights for improvement.
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure.
- Strong understanding of Windows Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
- Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to validate and interpret operational reports.
Certifications (Optional but valuable):
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
- Terraform Associate Certification.
Special Requirements
Onsite contract role.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
